About the Find & Replace

Replace every occurrence of a word or phrase in a block of text. Match case, match whole words only, or use regular expressions for advanced patterns, and see how many matches there are before you replace.

How to use it

  1. Enter what to find and what to replace it with.
  2. Choose any options (case, whole words, regex).
  3. Click "Replace all", then copy your text.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use capture groups?

Yes. With "Regular expression" ticked, use $1, $2 and so on in the replacement to insert captured groups.
